An Equitable Org. Structure
Swarmio maintains a “flat” organizational structure, meaning instead of the typical top-down style at more traditional orgs, all members of Swarmio instead work in concert on our shared goals to get things done. This allows us to be far more agile than if we had a rigid, corporate structure, which means more freedom for our employees to engage with projects that interest them the most.

In addition to working with a great, international team with a wide range of skills and backgrounds, Swarmio is also pleased to offer our employees a four (4!) day work week culture, a flexible schedule to suit your needs (want to split up your day, or start early? No problem!) a healthy, positive work environment, a flexible vacation policy (a minimum 3 weeks per year is encouraged), and the ability to grow and exceed outside the traditional bounds of your role.
Swarmio is a global company whose employees live in 15 different countries and span five different continents. No relocation needed.
Work life balance is something we take very seriously at Swarmio. We want to make sure that everyone takes the time they need to relax and take care of their mental health; that’s why we have flexible vacation days throughout the year. We don’t have a vacation policy per se, though it is recommended that our employees take a minimum of three weeks off every year to reset and keep their mind clear. We also thrive with our four-day work week culture, this enables us to put our people first and create the environment you need to succeed.
We currently have 68 employees on the Swarmio team, plus a handful of external contractors and partners.
We believe that a traditional hierarchical structure is out of date and doesn’t allow people to grow into who they can truly become. That’s why our organizational structure is flat, with all departments working together to achieve our goals.
